where do I find the programs to open files of these
types? any help is appreciated!thank you

mim/mime - multipurpose internet mail extensions
so
go start/help and support/search - file types/
glossary + 3-fulltext + 15 mskb/
select 'suggested topic' result - ie
'Associate a file name extension with a file type'
and
take it fr there
