DirectX9.0b dxdiag d3d test-error

I have also used a tool to uninstall dx9 and restoring=20
dx8.1 from the cd. And then installed dx9 again (no it=20
didnt work in dx8.1 either). Not working. HEY MICROSOFT!=20
You got crap on your doorstep again... fix it!!!
