Printer not working

The problems I am experiencing are I am unable to print anything from my computer at first I could only print in black & white.

I have messed around in properties and print preferences trying to sort the problem but seem to have made the problem worse.

I am desperate to print information off the net.

The print cartridges are ok and I can photcopy in black & white also colour.

What make and model of printer do you have?
How is it connected to the PC?

Win 98 drivers will likely not work with win XP . Win 2000 drivers might if
no winXP drivers are available.
