Conexant USB (PT-3026) Modem isn't working in Win XP

I have Conexants PT-3026 Modem and its not working in win
XP. If anybody knows how to make it work in it then plz
help out. I am recieving error messages that somefiles are
missing, drivers are not installed they are written for
win 95.

Hello

Well you need win xp drivers and if that does not work
1. replace it for a different modem
