I went to a web site (hyatt legal plan) then i right
clicked to place an icon on my desktop. it said something
about sycronization and then i ended up with half my
desktop with hyatt legal plan. how do i get rid of it?
already tried control panel, display.

Display Properties> Desktop> Customize Desktop> Web. Uncheck the Hyatt
item. May need to remove the item from the synchronization schedule too.
Use Start> Run and type in mobsync
Click OK.
Uncheck the box for the Hyatt item.
Next time you return to that site, right click on the page and select
"Create Shortcut" to have an internet shortcut to the site added to the
desktop.
