help installing XP-how do i delete WINDOWS ME ??

I recently purchased windows xp home edition....I am
wondering what I should do in order to clear my entire hard
drive and begin to install XP.
please email me aboutthis situation if you have any ideas

Hello

Well this is what you do
1. Make sure that all your device will support the new OS, modem,
printer, etc
2. Backup your important data
3. Do a clean install of XP, see link below
4. Go inot system Bios make cdrom BootDevice 1
