When I ran Norton it found a virus and gave me a location of C:\documents\settings\dave\application data\ienq\appbs32.dll
However when I use windows explorer I don't find a folder under dave with the name of "application data" and when I do a search on the file name, explorer doesn't find it.
Any suggestions on what to do is appreciated.

OK, I found it, but now when I try to delete it I get a message that says cannot delete make sure disk is not full or file is in use.

"Application Data" is a hidden folder. Type the whole path from the RUN =
box:

"C:\documents\settings\dave\application data"

"C:\Documents and Settings\Dave\Application Data\ienq"

Type above into Start Run. App Data is hidden.

When Norton found it, didn't you have it put in quarantine at that time? That is
the best way. You also had the option for Norton to try a repair on the file.
