Is it possible to make a VCD that will play on VCD
combatible DVD players. I have a CD-RW/DVD combo. Cannot
burn DVD's. WinXPhome.

I've tried hi-mat which will play audio but not video. It
was a Window Movie Maker file (.wmv) and I saved it in a
variety of ways. Including the ntfc options. Do I need
to convert the .wmv to .mpeg for this to happen? If so,
do you know of freeware that will do this?

thanks
