I'm assuming you mean the Intel 875 chipset...and your
CPU uses hyper-threading.

No, XP Home and XP Pro will both utilize the hardware
identically. The one exception is if you have multiple
physical processors, XP Home will only use one physical
CPU, while XP Pro will use up to two.
