Cannot see custom paper size

I have a network with an NT4 server and 2 different dot
matrix printers connected to it, each loaded with custom
paper. The network users are all running WinXP Pro with
the latest updates and drivers for these printers. I have
defined Custom Paper Size for each printer, both on the
server and on each XP machine. When I try to use the 2nd
custom paper size, I can only see the first in the
listing. The 2nd doesn't show up at all, except in the
Server Properties. I have tried renaming the 2nd custom
paper size.
