With Win 98 I had no trouble sorting where programs appeared on the program
listing. How do I do it with WinXP. When I get a listing not all the
programs appear. Any help please. I've tried entering Sorting Programs into
help with no success - what are the key words in this case? Thanks, Donald

Right click within the start menu column that you want sorted (try not
to click on a folder), and choose Sort by Name.
For the missing start menu items:
1) Look closely at the bottom of the column. If there is an arrow to
scroll down, click it.
2) If you don't like the default "scroll programs" setting, right click
on the taskbar and choose Properties. On the Start Menu page click the
Customize button. Scroll down through the list of Start Menu options and
uncheck the box next to "Scroll Programs."
