View Full Version : Opening "Help and Support"

I have a month old Dell computer which Windows XP Pro was preloaded.
In order to check WinXP update, I clicked "Help and Support". Nothing
happened.
WinXP Update was accessible by clicking Control Panel/Windows Update.
The Help and Support under Control Panel did not open anything.
It seems that Help and Support short cut is missing on my computer.
Could someone help me how to trouble shoot this problem? Satoshi

Call Dell software support (if you are not passed the 30 period yet), my PC
from Dell is less than 3 months old, and my Pro OEM has all the features
that a retail Pro version has, except I don't need to activate.

I received the computer on 4/17/04. Yesterday was the first time that I
have ever clicked "Help and Support".
Except that, no problem with the computer. I thought that the problem
would be a subtle. I thought that somebody could help me from this
newsgroup. Calling to Dell is a time consuming process. Can anybody help?
