My computer takes a long time to come on. It boots up and
shows a DOS screen which allows me supposedly to choose
either a F1 key (SETUP) or a F10 key (SYSTEM STORE).
It eventually comes on but it takes 5 minutes. It didn't do
this until I installed a Lexmark X6170 all-in-one (printer).
Do I have a conflict? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

First thing I'd do is to disconnect the Lexmark and see what happens.

wouldn't you also delete it via add/remove programs?

Practice safe eating - always use condiments

Probably not necessary. The F1 message is part of the POST; well before
Windows begins loading.
