My 120Gb Samsung V1204H HD is not being identified as
such by XP anymore, but as an unformatted 32GB drive.
When I boot to the Linux distribution Knoppix off the CD-
ROM, it is detected just fine; I have access to all of my
files, etc. The drive was formatted when I purchased it
into a single NTFS partition, and worked fine with my
previous installation of Windows, so I am wondering if
there is something that can be done.
Specific Info:
10GB Fujitsu HD (System Drive)
120GB Samsung V1204H HD (Storage)
Matsonic MS8157E Motherboard
512MB PC2100
Athlon XP 2000 CPU
Windows XP Pro
