TV Card doesn't work after Directx 9.0 installation

Hi!

I have a hardware problem. After I have installed the
newest DirectX drivers my TV Card causes a totally System
Crash on Windows XP. My TV Card is the Medion MD7134 with
the Phillips 7134 Chipset.

Similar problem with my ATI. Did a system restore to get rid of it, and make
sure not to download it again.
