Both drives have dissappeared from my computer. According
to Article 314060 in Microsoft Knowledge Base this is
exactly what haappened when I removed Easy Creator 5.
I've followed the resolution according to the article but
when I get to step 2 I can't locate the Upper Filters,
I'm able to view the Lower Filters but not the Upper
ones. If somebody has experienced the same problem could
you please advise me.
