Unfortunately, this is an old serial digital camera. The best way to forgo
problems: Get a card reader. I would not recommend trying to get a serial
device to work reliably on XP using today's fast computers. I say purchase a
$20 smartmedia (SM) card reader and plug that into a USB port on your
computer.
