About Programs access from different User Account.....

I downloaded ICQ and other programs like WinMX in a
Computer Admin. account. Yet they can't be access by
other account users...What can I do?

You may want to go and look for the program files and right click on them,
there will be a permissions tab or something, depending on what OS you are
running.
You can configure per-user access there.

They probably need to be moved/installed to the "Shared Documents" folder.
Check out the Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q304040 by going to "Help and
Support Center" and searching for "Q304040". It explains sharing files with
different users.
