Try using the offline option for activation. It should
take you to a local webpage and give you the phone number
to call and you put in your Product ID and it will give
you a code to put in. If it happens again I would suggest
you contact MS to find out why its happening. It may be
nothing but it might also be someone that is using your
Product ID. Not really sure how well MS's license agent
keeps track of that.
