I have two Western Digital hard drives on my ASUS A7N8X
Deluxe motherboard.
The motherboard comes with SATA ports.
I purchased two Dongles to connect to my 80 GB (WD800JB)
and my 120GB (WD1200JB) caviar, EIDE drives.
They actually work great, and my OS is on the 80GB drive
without problems, except ....

When I boot up from my XP CD or floppy my hard drives are
not recognized.

Is there a driver or something that I can do to allow my
SATA ports recognize "C" and "D" drives when I boot up
from my XP CD ?

Thanks,
Jon

you need to press F6 when the windows setup starts and put in a floppy with
the drivers for the SATA card so that it's recognized..
