xp home and pro same comp,both wont recognise each other

hello
i wont go into reason why i lost a hard drive just to say
messenger, and update did buisness.
now i have had xp pro and 98se on 2 diff hard drives and
used bootmagic and they recognised each other.
pro and home are on 2 diff hard drives and if i set pro as
master and home drive as slave, pro screams out need a
system disk.
even with boot magic when it gives you windows own options
to boot from either, if you choose home a message pops up
varying each time.
now im gona have to take hard drive from 486 install 98se
on comp then with partition manager set up another
partition on main drive with pro, and use ghost on 98 to
move 98 to partition.
what i need is to make a boot disk for each system.
1: to boot xp home
2: to boot xp pro
3: to boot 98se

i used 98 for internet and pro for art and buisnes now
that 98 not supported thats why i got home so i can use 1
system net and the other for games online.
one advantage of 2 operating systems is you double your
usb, comes in real nice.
