Taskbar

I am using a two-monitor desktop that extends the primary
monitor to the second monitor. I have the taskbar set-up
in the primary monitor and it spans the bottom of the
screen. I would like to be able to extend the taskbar
across the second screen as well, but I can't seem to find
a way to expand the taskbar larger than the one screen.
