I am computer illeiterate, have been using my new
computer about a year. have recently been infected by
worms viruses,ect. I cannot start windows when i turn on
comp. black screen appears, a lot of tech. info, and at
the end a warning, backup data and replace your hard disk
drive a failure may be imminent. also previous warnings,
windows could not start root system 32\ntoskrnl.exe
reinstall file. & error c\windows minidump\mini 090303-
01.dmp dont know were to go for help, anyone out there
that can help me???

Hello
Sounds like your jharddrive is going bad and you may need
to take this to your local computer store and have it fix. by the
way who is your pc made by, or can you provide model and
type for me

Take your computer to a local computer shop
*immediately* and ask them to fix it. Possibly,
the problems are a result of the worms and viruses
you mentioned, but my guess is that you're getting
a valid warning that your hard drive is about to
go bad. If there is anything worth saving on your
hard drive, do not turn on that computer again until
you have taken it to a repair shop.
