Nero -- burning cd

I would like to know if there is a newsgroup I can go to ask about Nero.. if
not I will ask here and hope someone can help. I have written to Nero and
they gave me some information but not everyone is perfect at the computer.
I am a learner when it comes to Nero. My problem is that I can not find a
file (which I am supposed to have according to Nero) which is
*windows\neroCD2K.inf file*. They told me to download *multimounter* and
then go to this file I am looking for and get a driver. I told them I could
not find it and then they told me to write to Microsoft.

Try the Windows\Inf folder

And try using Folder Options> View. Make the changes to show hidden files
and folders -and- to *not* hide system files and folders. Then try your
search again.

You've also mentioned "multimounter." I can't tell from your message what
context this word is being applied to but unless they've changed their
policy, Nero will not work with multiple burners unless you purchase a
license for the full version (an OEM copy that is upgraded to full version
will manage one burner device only).
