I am trying to install a Mutlifunction card. SIIG JJ-
21012

(2 serial ports & one parallel port). I get the above
error message for both serial ports (in the device
manager), the parallel port appears to install correctly,
but of course I am not using it.
A bit of extra info, the machine is a Compaq Presario
5900z. HP/Compaq says that his model was not tested
against XP & they do not guarentee or support anything.
This card worked fine (along with the one serial port
built into the motherboard). After installing XP Pro
SP1, none of my serial ports work.
