In WinXP pro, once the Alt+Ctrl+Del is pressed, not only the Windows Security option menu will pop up but its background will also cover the entire desktop. For some reason, that "Windows Security background" of my computer got changed, it had turned into
some kind of strange picture.

Do anyone knows how to change that background? I would really like to change that background back to the way it was originally. Thankyou for all the help ^^

Before user login?

Open Registry Editor and navigate to:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
In the right-pane, double-click "Wallpaper" and delete the existing =
valuedata (which might be pointing to a BMP file).
