HI,
I have just setup a network for my 3 computers, but im
having problems. When i click on network neighborhood i
can see files from my other computers but when i go to
click on them i get the message "network path not
found". My network layout consists of an athlon 2400
windows xp pro hardlined with ethernet 10/100 to my
router, a pentium 4 1.8 gig windows home hardlined with
ethernet 10/100 to my router, and a pntium 4 3 gig
windows xp pro laptop the connects wirelessly via 802.11g
to an access point that is connected to my router.
i ping my router and access point from all my computers
and they see the networking hardware. I have teh netbios
on "enable netbios over tcp/ip" and i have tried all teh
different forms of networking that windows networking
wizard has to offer. all my computers havenorton
anitvirus and a firewall taht is set to allow any
computers within my network ip range access, all my
computers have windows firewall deactivated. I thank you
for helping me
