I HAVE JUST BOUGHT NEW COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS XP AND MY
ZIP DRIVE WILL NOT WORK. SAYS IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE WITH
WINDOWS XP. HOW CAN THIS BE. PLEASE HELP. THANKS.

The first place to go is to Iomega's site and download the latest version of
the IomegaWare software.

I believe this is the only way to get the USB drives to work.
