rtcdll.dll error when loading Messenger

I'm lokking for the famous rtcdll.dll version 5.2600.1351
signature feef04bd (winxp sp1)

You can e-mail me your file via attachment if you don't
know on wich xfile.cab it is on the win xp sp1 cd.
