Here it will let you format the drive and initilize the
drive. This makes the drive ready for use. You can also
chose a letter for the drive here. Since this is your
second harddrive, XP will call it drive-1. Your C-drive is
drive-0. Except for A, B, or C you can name the second
drive any other letter of the alphabet if you like.
