Try some methods,1.clean the disk (hardware)with clean
clothe and 2.use any brands of lens cleaner for your DVD-
ROM... the common reason is the dirt. The dirt actually
blocks the laser(not 100%)to pass through to the disk so
it couldn't make it's initial reading, in result, "no
disk" or "invalid disk"... Or update DVD driver from it's
maker!!!
Do you have a software that supports DVD playback I
mean like "InterVideo WinDVD"...or something??? this is
what I'm using at the moment...
But the best thing to do to watch DVD is to use the
actual DVD player which connects to your T.V !!! don't
rely on computer...
