I have set up a new computer, running XP. Everything
works except the Floppy Drive. In My computer, the
A:\Floppy Drive is shown, the light is on, but it will not
read a floppy. I tried installing another floppy drive
which is known to work. Both have an error message which
indicates the floppy is not formatted correctly.
Additionally, I tried to just format the floppy disk to
see what happened. It gave an error as well that the
floppy was not able to be formatted.

What do you suggest? Is the drive bad or just the floppy
disks are old?
