Does anyone know how can I remove totally internet explorer
from xp home edition? So far it removed just the shortcuts
but there are loads of registry settings plus files no
longer needed on my hard drive. Is there any list of what
can be removed without killing the system?
Thank you
Nikos

It's an integral part of Windows and you can not do this.

From what i have learned no way to *uninstall* IE in XP, there
was a script for uninstalling it in win98, but none so far for
XP. The only way seems to installing SP1 and using the set program
access and defaults in the add\remove program tab, but that is not
a uninstall.
Wich bowser will yo be using? I have switched to Mozilla, much
IMO better than IE.
