I cannot remember the password I made for the logo. A
bubble comes on that says "did you forget your passwork."
but it doesn't give me help. What can I do?

By "password for the logo," do you mean your Windows logon password that
needs to be typed at the Welcome screen? If you are used to your system
going straight to the desktop and it recently stopped doing this, just
click your user account to proceed. No password necessary.
If you created a passord and didn't create a hint to remind you of your
passwrod, there is no help from the little bubble. However, there is
still the reserve administrator account that can be used to set this
straight.
If using XP Home, boot to Safe Mode. For user name, type in
Administrator. Leave the password box blank. Once logged on, change or
remove the password from your everyday user account. If unable to do so
in Control Panel> User Accounts, use Start> Run and type in :
control userpasswords2
Click OK and on the next screen that appears, select your account and
click the Reset Password button.
