Until 2 weeks ago my dvd and cd drives worked perfectly.
About 2 weeks ago (so my son tells me) both drives
simultaneously stopped reading both data and music
discs. The message comes up "disc is corrupted etc." .
Also a message comes up that my Norton Antivirus
subscription can no longer be read and should be
reinstalled. I can't install any programs or read
anything on disc. Any ideas?
