I purchased an "Open Box" laptop (i.e. the computer was
returned by the initial buyer and then resold) from
Circuit City with Windows XP Home Edition and found that
the computer had already been activated and the initial
buyer had registered the computer. As such, this initial
buyer's name shows up as the registered owner of the
laptop (and print jobs) in the "Control Panel/System"
window (and in the printer status window).

Is there anyway to change this registration information
to my name?
