Visual Style Pack and UXTheme Multi - Patcher for XP, SP1, SP2 Beta, windows
2003.
This enables you to choose from a collection of themes (visual styles) for
xp other than the blue, green and silver ones XP has.
Included are a some of the best themes, and the UXTheme Patcher that will
enable XP to display the themes. If your XP is already patched or if you are
using Style XP then you dont need to run the patcher.

You can uninstall them from the included uninstaller if you want.

work. What did I do wrong?

did you run the patcher? I tested it on 2 machines... and it worked here
after the patcher runs it will patch the uxtheme.dll on xp and ask you to
restart. Ignore a warning message that xp will show, continue with the
reboot, then select on the of the visual styles.
It should work normaly....

post here and tell me what happened...

Kenny, I downloaded the files, and the UX theme patcher. I can't get any of
it to work. I wonder what I did wrong? Is there a certain folder to
install them in to get them to go? They installed on my computer under
programs, there was a large, interesting list of files, but none of them
would open. The UX theme patcher wouldn't open correctly either:(.

wait a minute... the files are not installed under PROGRAMS but under MY
DOCUMENTS

example: C:\Documents and Settings\kenny\My Documents\Visual Styles for XP

and a list is created in the start menu.

do you have the latest version of SP2 installer perhaps?

You can still download styleXP to get them to work www.tgtsoft.com

download it and install style xp
