Missing registry file

I have been having problems staying connected online. Ran
the modem test and it came back with this
result:Register :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet^\Services\Win acpci
NOT FOUND

Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to repair this

I cannot stay connected either!!! I do not have that registry
entry and did not run the modem test. Joe R
