server busy error msg

hi

every so often i receive a server busy message box. it
gives me the choice to click "switch to" to retry or
cancel. what is thiws and why do i get it. also how do i
fix it?

I have exactly the same problem which only started recently. It seems to
happen more often than not when I open Grokster. Most times on my comp I
have to re-boot! - hope someone can tell us the solution
