I received a document by way of e-mail. I would like to
print this document. When I do print it, it produces the
document but in a huge font. I have reduced the font on
microsoft word but the large font still persists when I
try to print it. Please help. Thanks, Nancy

If the document is part of Outlook Express, the font size is controller from
Outlook Express's parent program which is Internet Explorer. Close Outlook
Express, open Internet Explorer. From the Toolbar, select View, Font Size
(default is medium).

Now close Internet Explorer, open Outlook Express and try printing again.

If the document is actually a Word document, open in Word, from the Toolbar,
Edit, Select All.... change the font size to something smaller, and hit
OK/Apply.
