My CD-RW and DVD drives don't work (Windows XP home
edition)
The error message from a device manager: Windows cannot
start this hardware device because its configuration
information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.
(Code 19).
I tryed but without a result:
1. Run in Safe mode
2. Uninstall drivers: computer recognize hardware but I
received the same error messages
3. Return to a condiguration's date when it worked
properly: errors the same
I don't have any clu. Can you help me? Thanks
