Window won't resize

Microsoft Money won't resize on my computer. It will only
appear maximized or minimized.

When I select the "restore" button, the window disappears
from my screen entirely.

I have tried cascading and tiling windows, but the window
doesn't appear. It will only show on my screen when I
select "maximize."

Any help?

Is it in full screen mode? Try pressing F11.
