Microsoft bluetooth adapter and my mobilephone

does anyone have tips how i can get them too connect and
work with the pc suite for nokia 3650 ??

as i know .... there is no bluetooth connection with pc suite.

use the software of the bluetooth hardware vendor instead ...
this opens a file connection to the phone and you can transfer files using
drag&drop.
