how to uncrew natural keyboard?

Hi,. thank i'll try and get hold of msoft to see what's
wrong or what i'm doing wrong.

I have checked that all the screws on the bottom are out,
lol. there seems to be nine i think.

all the keyboard can lift off it's just the bit above the
space bar that refuses to budge, i have removed to space
bar to no avail, will try and have a go again tomorrow.
