My computer is Dell Dimension 8000 and the OS is Windows
Xp Professional. There is Unsupported Device in Other
Decices in my Device Manager. I don't know what device it
referes to. How can I find out what device I have in my
computer? My computer PCI slots have a sound card that
support external speaker, a modem card, and a video
diplay card.

Go to Dell support. This could be anything. It depends
upon your mainboard and BIOS which is proprietory.
