View Full Version : text under desktop icons (Windows XP)

When there is no wallpaper on the desktop, the letters of
the text under each icon are black. As soon as a wallpaper
is selected (ANY wallpaper) and "apply"/"OK" is clicked,
the identification text of all the icons on the desktop
change from black to white/silverish and become fuzzy and
almost illegible. No maneuvering on any of the tabs
on "Display Properties" results on restoring the black
text color under the desk icons.
Can this be corrected???
Thanks
