Have done this (attrib) and it doesn't seem to "take".
Any ideas?
BTW: what's the blue underline of a folder designate?

Hi:

You need to take ownership of Files and Folders for Attributes to take... Take Ownership from the main folder
or drive to inherit permissions to subfolders and files. The following links will make things clear.
