How can I get the 'Drag&Drop" back in WinXP-H?

I can not get the "InCD" program to format my CD-RW discs... and
I have tried all the 'Hints' posted on the Ahead/Nero web site.


But thanks for trying to help!

What I would really like to find is the 'Regesterary' setting and
current DLL's from a fresh install of WinXP-Home W/SP1. that
control the "Drag'N'Drop" to CD-R/RW.
