Dear all,
I've installed Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard to
my laptop (with Windows XP Home Edition), and I can't use
any of the multimedia hot keys, neither the function ones.
In the options to change the functions of these 'hot
keys' and 'enhanced function keys' you have the
possibility to give them or change the commands, however
the 'apply' icon is not available.
I've check that XP is compatible with the keyboard, so I
don't know if its a problem of the installation software
or my laptop windows system, or the keyboard itself.
I hope you can guide me in this process. I appreciate
your help in advance.
