I get these two pop ups when i Start windows:
"windows cannot access the specified device path, or file
you may not have the appropriate permission to access the
item"
the other message is:
"Coud not load or run 'iexplore.ece' specified in the
registry.
Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the
reference to it in the regestry"
when i login under any user on WIN XP you get those
messages several times, and when i use IE nothing is
wrong.
I have tried to upgrading IE to see if that works...but
nothing....When i had the worm, and i did a virus can, it
had affected this file but i dont know what to do fix it
now....Help me please
